It has a slight difference though: the final pipe, instead of getting you to the flag, it takes you to the start of the level, which makes W -1 an infinite loop, unbeatable level. The level itself is a copy of W7-2, that underwater level.
This has given this level its name, the Minus World. Oh! What is it, then? Well, it's actually "World 36-1", just the character that represents the number 36 is a blank, transparent character, so you see there " -1", looking like a minus one.
